Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation (HCRC) is a community-based non-profit corporation founded in 1991 to improve the quality and availability of affordable housing in the State of Hawaii. With participation from nine major financial institutions in the State, HCRC provides below-market interest rate loans for take out and financing the acquisition/ rehabilitation of properties for low-and moderate income families.

HCRC is one of several consortia across the nation dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing, and is a Community Development Financing Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Entity (CDE).
