OVERVIEW

Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation (HCRC) is a 501(c)3 community-based non-profit corporation founded in 1990. HCRC is designated a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Entity (CDE) by the U.S. Department of Treasury.  Additionally, HCRC is an approved Certified Development Company (CDC) by the U. S. Small Busines Administration. HCRC is a statewide financial intermediary for affordable housing developers, community development organizations and small businesses, providing below market interest rate loans, leveraging innovative and non-traditional financial resources and offering consulting, technical assistance and training.
