Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation is a community-based non-profit corporation founded in 1991 to improve the quality and availability of affordable housing in the State of Hawaii. With participation from eight major financial institutions in the State, HCRC provides financing opportunities to developers, investors, and owners of multifamily projects that serve low– and moderate-income households.
HCRC is dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing, and is a designated Community Development Financing Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Entity (CDE). |
