The Leadership Academy includes the following: ¨ Four half-day leadership training sessions to develop and further enhance skills critical for a good leader. ¨ Four “power lunches” with leaders featured in the Hawaii Business magazine. ¨ Three business-to-business pau hana networking events to apply learnings, network and deepen relationships. ¨ Four hours of leadership coaching for break-through results.
